Our Story
Founded in 1987, RoyalAire began as a small mechanical contractor based in Oldsmar, Florida. Our firm proudly served select counties throughout West Central Florida with a commitment to quality, expertise, and long-term client partnerships.
In 2006, RoyalAire entered an exciting new chapter when it was acquired by RoyalAire Holdings—an experienced group of local HVAC professionals dedicated to elevating our capabilities and service offerings. Just a few years later, in 2010, we expanded further by adding complete plumbing contracting services. That momentum continued in 2017 when RoyalAire became part of Comfort Systems USA, giving us access to even greater resources, advanced technology, and a nationwide network of mechanical expertise.
Today, RoyalAire Mechanical Services, LLC delivers high-performance solutions across commercial, industrial, and institutional markets. Our team excels in design/build and design-assist projects, schematic budgeting, and logistics planning. We not only install complex mechanical systems—from chilled water to refrigeration—but also keep them performing at their best through our dedicated service division. With service contracts, preventive maintenance programs, on-call repairs, indoor air quality testing, and duct cleaning services, we provide complete lifecycle support for every system we touch.
1987 - Founded
RoyalAire is established as a mechanical contractor specializing in sheet metal, piping, and mechanical services.
2006 — New Ownership & Growth
RoyalAire Holdings, a group of local HVAC professionals, acquires the assets of RoyalAire Mechanical, Inc., expanding expertise and capabilities.
2010 — Plumbing Division Launched
RoyalAire adds full plumbing contracting services, becoming a true full-service mechanical contractor.
2017 — Joined Comfort Systems USA
RoyalAire is acquired by Comfort Systems USA, gaining access to national resources, advanced technology, and expanded service support.
Today — Full-Service Mechanical Leader
RoyalAire is a full-service mechanical contractor with sheet metal, piping, plumbing, and service capabilities. Our firm provides complete commercial, industrial, and institutional mechanical solutions—from design/build and design-assist to chilled water, refrigeration, service contracts, preventive maintenance, IAQ testing, and duct cleaning.
